The consistency of this franchise is phenomenal! Not only with the quality of food, but the friendliness of the staff is OUTSTANDING!. The last time we ate here, it was pushing midnight. The restaurant was packed. My kids were crabby, but the young man behind the counter was so patient and pleasant with us. It must be a blast to work there because it seems like everyone is having a good time. Even the person that is strong-arming the French fry cutter. That's fun to watch too. The parking at this location is kind of limited, but there is a strip mall a block away with ample parking, short walk.

Yeah, impossibly hard to chew

No. They won't make the burgers till you get there so no sense in taking orders ahead. I have seen them cater parties but they send out their food truck and make the burgers to order from their truck.
